Short and sweet today because I am on the move.

All vitamins taken
40-50 oz of water
no exercise

Food intake:
b-cup of coffee
s-nothing
l-1/4 turkey and cheese sub on wheat and sunchips
s-1/4 turkey and cheese sub on wheat and sunchips
d-1 slice of pizza and 2 hotwings

Completed couch to 8k week 1 day 1

7oz coffee/20 oz water/20 oz lemonade (trying some protein powder in my coffee this morning)

took vitamins

B - 1 tbl peanut butter on wheat sandwich thin
S - none
L - salad (heavy veggie and 2oz baked chicken for protein)
S - south beach protein cereal bar
S - 3 oz fresh strawberries with 1 tbl lite cool whip
D - 5oz baked chicken drumettes 2 oz cheese

Ok Treena, you wanna lose 30 lbs this month correct? I've been looking at your meals for the past 8 days and frankly nothing in your posts screams a weight loss of 30 lbs, even 10 lbs in a month. Sunchips, sub roll, pizza, cookies, grahm crackers? Not saying that any of these foods can't be eaten in moderation but with a goal like yours seems like it's kinda pointless to do this whole 90 days of posting if you're not gonna step up to the plate.  I just thought you were gonna come out with a bang, but this just seems like fizzle. But there's still 82 days left to go....right?

ETA- forgot to add my plan for the day

B- Protien Frappachino
S- trail mix
L- tuna on low carb bread
S- cheddar and 1/2 apple
D-going to Carraba's will have Chicken Bryan and broccolli... yumm!

Exercise- 3 miles on treadmill

B - Turkey,  egg whites, and 1 slice of American cheese
S - Protein shake
L - cup of salad, Italian dressing

D - Turkey bologna, American cheese

Fake it till you make it!!!  Girl, me and Keesha went on vacation and dat heffa made me eat and drink too much and I came home Monday 8 lbs heavier!!! LOL Crossing my fingers it's all water weight.

 Don't blame it on Keesha....didn't I read where she said after the first night she was staying away from the alcohol?  I guess she poured the drinks down your throat!  LMAO

Sounds like you both had a lot of fun.  I'm sure you will get those 8 lbs off in no time.
