................ 6 years ago today, I had weight loss surgery. i can't believe it has been that long ago. I would do it over again in a heartbeat., but would not reintroduce carbs into my diet. I have had some serious re-gain, but I am not where I was six years ago, thank God. It's a good day for a suriversary.
