My week or shall I say month hasnt been good.

Cycle is coming and I always fall week around that time.

Thankfully I found a public gym in my area with a pool and a few classes.

Getting mentally focused to get up with the get down. 


You are  right 9 weeks is still good time if used properly....... 

 

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.

I LOST 4POUND THIS WEEK BUT THE PAST TWO WEEKS I ONLY LOST 2POUNDS PER WEEK WHICH IS 4 POUNDS IN TWO WEEKS . THIS WAS A DECENT WEEK WITH 4 POUNDS

I am at a standstill right now. I may have enjoyed the holiday a bit too much. I will get back on track this week.

Last week was okay... I lost 2 lbs but nothing the prior week.  This week I'll increase my water intake and walk more, I have 35lbs to go in this challege.
