Finally!!!!! I'm out of this crazy stall. I've lost 4 pounds last week (weighed in today)! I plan to maximize my exercise this week and stick to my protein. I really wanna lose another 25 pounds by August 5, 2009.

Any good cardio tips?
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

Talisha try a kick boxing class.  If I could do 2 of those per week along with my couch 2 5k I would be good.  They burn c a l o r i e s.

Hugga................thank you.................I'm going to try it. I need to find one locally or they may offer it at my gym. I'll check into it.

 I just put a post up about the couch to 5k. I was looking for some motivation. What week are you on?

I am stalled again going on the second week argh.  This week I'm going to cut back on the carbs, I've been snacking like crazy so all snacks will be fruit for the week and we'll see how that goes.  vitamins protein and water are all good.   However with so many events in the last month or so I've been boozing it up.  lol  This weekend, no drinks and I will try to keep this to a minimum.

I have 30 more lbs to lose for this callenge and about 5 to get under my lowest adult weight so I gotta grind.

This stall lasted 1 month and I was getting pissed. I can't even remember my goal for this challenge but I know I'm on track to live healthier.

Yeah, it's time to grind it out ~ we can do this!

My week sucked! I watched the scale go up

It was my fault...eating was really, really bad in ATL 

But, as of this morning, the scale is going back down and my goal is most certainly within reach.

No loss this week.  TOM week and I'm up 3lbs and my body water % is up 3% so it all falls in line.  This week should be better If I get enough calories and keep my protein up. 

I've been bad over the weekend.  Calories and liquids good, but too little plain water and too many carbs.  Also, I did not hit my protein goal cause I skipped one of my shakes each day.  Exercise is still on target.  Two bad days out of 146 days post op isn't too bad. 

I'm back on track today, but those easy to digest carbs seemed to have shrunk my pouch.  I just had 2.8 oz chicken and I feel like I want to burst.  I thought those days were over.  I can't figure why I still get fuller a few minutes after I've already stop eating.

I'll be adding an extra shake until I can eat more than 3 oz at a time.

My scale isn't moving not going up and no coming down. I know whati have to do and tha is kick it into high gear with excercising. So gonna get it started today no matter what.
