Are you still taking chewable vitamins and if not what kind are you taking???

I'm almost 3 years out from WLS and I don't take chewable vitamins. I take the normal on a daily basis:
multivitamin
calcium w/vit d
B-12
biotine (only for prevention)
vitamin e

I stopped taking chewables 5 1/2 years ago.

I take Once Source for Women Vitamins and Prenatals (I alternate between the two)
50 mcg of B-1 (thiamin)
1 dropperful of B-complex sublingual
1 B-12 sublingual
325 mg of Iron (3 times per day)
3000 mg of Calcium Citrate
Dry D3
Vitamin C
Osteo Bi-Flex and a combination of Chondroitin and Glucosamine (for joint health)
1 Garlic Tablet
2 tsp of ground flax seed
MSW will not settle

I only took chewables for a month.  Then Building Blocks bariatrics capsules, now Centrium women's.

I take sublingual b complex, calcium, biotin, and a load of other supps & meds (50 pills for meds plus the supplements) all tablets or capsules.
