Ok do the 4th is over what's your plan???
The holiday is gone..the smell of BBQ is still lingering in the air but...............WHAT ARE YOU DOING today TO GET BACK ON TRACK, MAINTAIN OR BREAK A PLATEAU??? I myself need to get moving the weather here has been horrible lately but I have to get outside and get my walk on!!!! I enjoy exercising out side the house more but realize that I need to make a plan now for those days I can not!!! I will plan my menu for the week and keep it moving!!!! So what are you doing to make sure you are successful at whatever your goal is????

I am getting back to my low carbing tomorrow. Today I will eat plenty of good carbs with the peas at least. No more fruit punch for me only water today. I acted as if I had lost my minds yesterday with the fruit punch. I will not be able to start walking until Thursday and will have to slowly go back to the my weight and core exercises.
