Loving Me Losing the Obsession

for peeking in and replying to my post yesterday. I had a bad eating weekend. Yes I had some water, all my vitimins, and snacks however I need a cleanse like no bodys business. They have Mc Wraps that I did not know about cause I had not been in Mcdonalds since surgery. Grilled and reg KFC that was soooo greasy that I feel sick this I realize that I still left to my own protection think and eat like a fat girl just not too much at one I remember a cat who did graysheet program (12 step food program) and would never leave home without his pre cook meals in his cooler
. I have to invest . Then with all that moving and shaking, I feel stiff grrrr. Glad I am off tommorrow for day worked friday. Getting back on track today Taking Salmon out for dinner and boiling some boneless Ribs for baking and one of my sometime staples turkey wheat pasta. I will continue to be my best for today and this week. Thanks again and make it a great one. Pray all had a great weekend. Overall I had a fabulous time.

Girl this is a journey and some of the steps are hard at times. You have read all over this website that our stomachs were operated on, not our brains. We all make mistakes but we have the next meal to make up for it. Do not beat yourself up, but use it as a learning tool and keep on moving. We've all fallen off of our eating plans but we just make better choices the next time.
