Hey BAF fam, wishinig everyone a good day. I am going out to a NA convention today so I packed some applesauce, whole wheat peanut butter snacks and two apples. I will also have some type of healthy meal along with taking my vitmins and drinking water. No cookout for me today.

Sounds like you are prepared. Have a wonderful and safe time.

For me, we are doing a stay-cation (vacating @ home).

It'll be grilling and swimming and listening to music all day

Tonight it'll be movie watching .

Enjoy your convention! My day is pretty quiet. I'm going to visits some friends and will have a hamburger patty or portion thereof and salad later this afternoon. I'm thinking about checking out a fireworks show tonight.
