90 Days of Accountability: Day 2

Woke up feeling great.  I guess the iron is kicking in now (thank God).  Anyway, here it is:

Exercise: 1 hour on the tennis court and 35 minutes on the treadmill

Vitamins:  Took ALL vitamins and I doubled up on my multi, iron and vitamin d

Water:  Maybe 50oz and 2 pounds of ice.  (getting better with the ice)

Food intake:

B - 2 boiled eggs and 2 pieces of wheat toast
S - banana
L - 2 pieces of baked chicken and a biscuit (Love that chicken from KFC)
S - graham crackers
D - Shrimp Goulash over brown rice
S - strawberries
S - graham crackers

That's all folks!
