90 Days of Accountability

I am tired of hiding.  I've gained 60 pounds and its not very pretty.  I can hardly do exercise (although I am doing it), its been rough.

Starting July 1, 2009, I am starting 90 days of accountability.  I will put what I do as far as eat, drink, vitamins, exercise and anything that has to do with weightloss on this board. 

My plan is to lose 20 pounds per month.  That will be exactly 60 pounds by October 1, 2009. 

If you would like to join me, please feel free.  If you would just like to pray for me or cheer me on, thats fine also.  I just need the support of my BAF family.

I will post before and after pictures so you can see my progress.  If you join me, you dont have to post before and after pics, its up to you.  For me, I need the accountability.

July 1, 2009, I am starting my new life.  I am not ashamed anymore.  I know I can do all things through Christ because he is the one that strengthens me......

I am waiting for the doctor to give me a call.  I called this morning and he is supposed to be calling me today.  Thanks for your concern.

Hey T, don't get mad at me but why you waiting til Wednesday? I know that is only two days away but thats two days you can get started earlier and get a jump on things.

Not waiting until the first to get started.  Started already, I am just waiting until the 1st to start posting everything that I am doing and wanted to see if anyone else wanted to do it with me.  I just got off the tennis court about an hour ago sweating my butt off.  So I am on board right now.

I'm a newbie but I'm in!! I need accountability as well. I'm noticing that I can pretty much eat anything I want and that's not a good thing for me. I want to use this tool and get where I need to be. No more excuses & no more exceptions!

As you, I need the additional support.
