Good Old FAshioned Advice about post surgery hair thinning
Her theory is this is why our hair sheds so much post-op??
Not sure if there is any merit to it, but I will be going natural for a while. Better err on the side of caution.

I've been dilligent about less stress on my hair since surgery, except for color. The little grey I have is all up front so I still use color religiously every six weeks or so.
My hair is natural and I have not flat ironed or blow dried at all post op. There is some thining, but biotin has helped and it works surprisingly quick.
