I had a great week even know I only lost 1lb so hopefully this week will be better.  I am free in the evenings now so I can exercise even more.  I will be aiming to burn at least 700 calories with each workout. I have 75lbs to onederland  and I know I will make it by the end of this year.

I did good this week, lost 3 pounds and at 177 as of this morning.  I got all of my exercise and protein in (between 80-120g), not to mention my water (70-100 oz) daily.  Still running, walking, zumba, yoga, pilates, "shimmy" on fit tv, and kick boxing every day except Sundays.  I have found that with me muscle confusion is key and I don't do the same thing two days in a row so I am always alternating.   If I keep going at this rate I'll be in the 160's-150's for my b-day (August 11th).   I am get, get, getting it in so I can fit in. 
My goal 135; current 132;  pre-op highest 285; I have lost more than I weigh...  I my RNY! 
Full TT w/ muscle repair  2/14/12 best valentines gift ever!

I went home for the weekend and like an idiot forgot my protein shakes and vitamins.  I tried to eat enough protein and I did workout every day I was there.  I'm back home and back with my vitamins...gotta go and get my protein in.  I'm down 2 lbs.

Hey everyone I have been missing in action, moving to my new home. I did lose 2 pounds last week, I didn't get in any exercise due to the facts packing and moving. One good things my new home is right next to a walking 2 miles walking trail around a lake. I am really enjoying it. Didn't do well with my foods and vitamins. Eating the right things but not eating enough. Will do better this week.

I have been staying really active and being very conscious of what I am eating. I am drinking lots of water so things are going well. The scale is still moving the right way although it is moving very slowly.
