Oh my goodness! Had so many Right On! Teen and Tiger Beat magazines with him in it! And yes, the Saturday morning cartoons were to die for. About 10 years ago TVland would run all these cartoons from the 70's and I would get up at 4am on Saturday morning to watch and record these cartoons! I looked at them thinking man, I use to look at this? But I was still watching it at 4am. It's like it took me back to the very moment when I saw it the first time.
I never met an M&M I didn't like!

I remember the awards when MJ showed up because at that time he was notorious for not showing up at events. My whole family was gathered in my grandmother's living room watching it. My aunt taped it on vhs lol.
It was such an event we all just lamented on how he executed this move and just how awesome he was
Good times!
eta: I put this on RoRo's post.
I remember when I was in the sixth grade one of my classmates had the bomb birthday party and towards the end of the night she put on Man in the Mirror ( she thought that she was the love child of MJ and Whitney Houston), and we all started singing and crying it was great! lol

I was at my mom's best friend house playing while they talked with my sister and the friend's son who was a year older than I was. Dookie (yes that was what we called him) waited til we had been there all day and when night fall came we had to stay on the porch. He went and got his phonograph and his guitar and seranaded me with P.Y.T.
Ladies I swooned.....and never forgot it.
