BRAIDS!
I am 2 years post op. After reading many, many post regarding hair, it seems that if its going to thin/shed, it just does and there is nothing to stop it. You still want to make sure you take proper care of it, take your vitamins and use the biotin but nature will take its course.
The thinning is usually more noticable to you and not others. try not to stress about, that could make it worse.
I had very thick hair, and it thinned out alot. I got braids and after a while just ended up cutting all the relaxer out. It has since grown back nicely and is thick again. It just takes time.
In the mean time, get braids, a nice weave or good wig.
Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!
I use it and it really does work!
