Just had an episode yesterday.  I got home from work and noticed my license plate was loose on the truck.  I unscrewed it and took it all the way off so I could straighten up the casing surrounding the plate.  I laid the license plate down on the truck bumber so I could go inside, say hello to the wife and kids thinking I'd be right back out to fini****

Well, I ended up sitting on the bed with my headphones on.  Next thing I know, I'm napping.  Woke up a couple hours later and loaded eerbody up to go to the gym in the truck.  Got halfway there and it hit me that I left my tag on the bumper ( NICE).  I started cussin, turned the truck around to back track.  The much needed rain wasn't helping much.

Thankfully we found it about a block from the house.  So, yeah, I hear ya Bro.

Don't cha just hate when something like that happens.  You walk away scratching your head trying to figure out if you'e sorta losing it.

Morning  Double Ayyyyyyyyyy

Wow, I just had something like this happen last night at the gym. I hadnt been in a minute and quickly grabbed the chance to go late last night  because Ive e been invited to a few affairs for July and its time to get back on the grind. Sexy summer is ripe for the picking

Anyway long story short, I got home from work  quickly gathered my stuff for the gym -you know the usual Ipod, sweat belt, baseball cap, water jug,  combination lock.

I get there and the place is close to empty -its 10 at night. Im all excited about the prospect of using all the machines that Ive yet to use because its always crowded during the times that I normally go.  I quickly put my things in the locker,   spin the dial on my combination lock to get it open,  secure the locker and hit the gym floor ready to make it do what it do.

I worked out hard and had a good old time.....burned 678 calories in 59 minutes....I was doing the dayum thing

Afterwards I get back to the locker room -all sweaty and hyped - go to my locker to remove belongings and cant remember the dayum combination.  I tried to open the thing for about a good ten minutes....I was shaking the lock and trying to kick myself in my own behind at the same time. I kept saying I just opened the sucker.....I was getting more and more frustrated. I actually had to sit down and take deep breaths as I was thinking  long and hard about the combination.  It was what I call a " senior moment. "   But it was sooo wierd.  Eventually I got it open, because I knew the numbers just couldnt remember what order they should go in.   I never thought that the surgery had something to do with it....but you have a point.  I was actually thinking it was moreso the loss of oxygen to my brain as I was working out

Just had a "senior moment" last night.  Got home from work yesteray evening and noticed that my lawn has turned a not so nice shade of  brown so I parked my car on the street and turned on the water sprinklers and went inside.  My intentions were to come back out in a couple of hours and shut the water off but somehow that turned into  more like 10 hours later!  I woke up about 3 this morning and realized that the water was still on.

We haven't had any rain in over a month so I'm sure my lawn will be dry as the desert by tomorrow even after that long overnight soaking it just got.

Nah that wasn't a senior moment at all.  Just front that one off to your neighbors like you meant to do that.    Your grass will be so purrrty!

Happens all the time.  Leaving the house without my purse.  What about forgetting the cell phone?  Put stuff in a safe place then forget where that place is...  I lost one set of car keys for about a year.  Turns out Ieft them in a winter coat I didn't wear much and I finally found then again when I pulled that coat out this year.  I take vitamin B12 shots so that's not excuse and I was forgetting stuff before I had WLS.  I'm going to blame it on the kids.  Kids kill brain cells.

My memory was certified as totally fried years ago.  I've had a good month.  Only left the stove on once, no candles left burning, left the shower running twice, and open refridgerator doors no longer count.

Try sublingual b-complex with lots of b12, acetyl-l carnitine, and Omega 3-6-9.  All recommended by nerologists for impaired memory function.
