That was soooooo me today. I brought my lunch and snacks to work with me and I just didn't want them. And I had some tasty stuff packed lol. Then I decided I wanted some jerk chicken, so I got that and hardly ate it. Just didn't want to eat. I have these days sometimes. I don't worry about it so much and just drink protien shakes to get in my requirement. I usually get in 100-
125g of protien a day (DS numbers). Three shakes and a lil something else will get me there.

And watch tomorrow I'll be eating everything in site LOL

Thanks Shani, I'll be sure to keep some protein powder at work for these off days.  Comforting to hear that I'm not the only one.
