Rolling in the last week of couch 25k!

Completed week 9 day 1 yesterday, jogging for 30 minutes straight.

Today was an off day, so I ran intervals for 45 minutes this morning.

Gotta keep on moving!


If I am gonna eat   like a fat girl, then I gotta workout   like a skinny girl!

i'm obsessed with this gowear fit step and calorie counter.  i've been walking over 10,000 steps a day for the past week.  today i'm shooting for 11k.

10,000 steps is about 5 miles.

My husband is working from home this morning, but as soon as he's out, I'll do a yoga session and maybe even go take a bike ride.  If he gets home in time this evening, we will hit the gym for some racquetball & some weight training.

I've been so off track the past few weeks not getting in my normal 5 times a week. I'll be weight training today and maybe an hour on the treadmill after that.
