Yea - sometimes nutritionists are NUTS for real - I personally have NEVER used one - EVER - I went to the one and only pre-op approval appointment, listened to that skinny ***** tell me I could start BEFORE surgery eating like a new post op to 'practice' - yea, heffa - like 2 ounces of food is REALLY gonna do it for me as a pre-op. Ever since, I have always done my own thing.
