*I* am BACK in onederland after a brief return to twoville post plastics - so glad to be back home!  The sun doesn't shine QUITE a bright for me in twoville as it does in onederland - so Imma stay back home!!!  LOL - I am still on activity restriction so I am being a hawk on my eating and getting in my water and vitamins.  So far, so GOOD!!!!!

Good Morning Trina & Vets,

I have been doing great. However, I put in extra efforts the past couple of days and the scale does not show my hard work.  I will not give up.  Since May 6th, I have lost approximately 18 pounds.  I weighed 198.0 this morning.  It really feels good to be back in onederland AGAIN.  I am about to head out the door for my pre-op for my "fat pockets."  We can do this y'all!

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Hey Trina & Vets!

I am back on the grind and happy to see the scale moving (in the right direction)... I'm going to keep pressing extra hard though DON'T want to get comfortable again. 

Today my plan is:

egg white, spinach & feta (breakfast) - done
banana - snack
1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 pinto beans - lunch
1 cup (choc/protein/pb) smoothie (mousse) - snack
?? dinner
?? snack

3 miles on treadmil (45 minutes)

I am still on track...upped my protein...eating fruits/veggies and fish (chicken still bothers my pouch)...and remembering the vits, etc. and my water.

Hopefully I'll be able to begin my walking regimen...but right now, it is hot as heyll here in the Chi!

Man please - you Chi folk don't KNOW hot like us Southners know HOT!

H-town is heat indexing at 100+ this week - you ain't got NUFFIN on that!!!!  I'd have to grab my fur messin with you folk up in Obamaland...... LOL!!!!

Hey #MM,

I been ackin a dern fool fo bout 3 weets nouh,
 
...... gained sis or seyem pounds  .  

Food and exercise was way off.  Vitamins, water ..... ok.

I'm back on the ax as of yesterday  .  My goal this week is

...... very clean, Atkins eating and excerise 3 times .

Started the 8k training program and am back to at least 4 days of being in the gym.  Working on getting back up to my 5 times a week.  Wil be starting a weight training program here soon.  Watching what I eat more closely and am getting back to the basics.  I know what works and all I have to do is work it!

Just returned to work and the real world after spending some much needed  "Me Time"  in a luxurious 5 star hotel for my birthday so needless to say, I enjoyed myself and ate whaterver the heck I felt like having!!! 

Now, I'm refreshed and back on the grind....still holding on to the 11 pounds lost.  Thank God there was no gain during my 4 days of "vacationing".

I'm no vet and I'm not on the list but I'm just longing to belong so I'm going to reply anyway.  (Here I go again looking for attention.  Must have some deep seated Freudian mother issues for sure.) 

Finally I've awakened from my near 2 month nightmare with 2.2 lbs lost!!!  If this is my honeymoon period its the honeymoon from hell.  I ditched the nutritionists' protocol, did my homework, made some custom changes and the scale is doing right by me now.
