Does anyone watch 'Ruby'?
tv.msn.com/tv/series/ruby.3/
Basically - this lady is over 500lbs and doing the diet and exercise routine to lose - she's down 100 in about 8 months or so. She's got a GREAT personality - but I wonder if this program she is on is really going to work long term for her.
Anybody remember the guy that hosted the Low Cab Kitchen series? Whatever happened to him? He lost like 75 or so lbs then stopped making the show and no one ever said anything - but they still run reruns - what up with that?
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

gurl get outta my pew - i lovededed me some Ruby - more than anything i love her personality and spirit and that she doesn't let other people's perception stop whatever she wants to do. did you see the entire marathon? she believes something happened to her as a child that made her erase years of memories - there's an entire block of time she's missing. oprah asked her why not surgery? she said i'm not condeming anybody else's decision but i need to find out what happened that change me, surgery won't do that. i hope she makes it, i love her.
is the low carb chef Blaine? chile please he someplace getting his colon pumped out. was his stuff under 20 carbs a day something like that? am i mixing up shows? low carb is excellent if you can do it, i (personally) haven't come across the human who can give up bread, rice, pasta, more bread forever. not for evah, evah. i did used to like to see what he'd come up with next tho.
dayum, i logged on to ask about a food tracker - i need a site more user friendly than dailyplate, suggestions?

I don't think I've ever pressed the up/down button on my TV remote so fuggin' fast in my entire life!!!

I am not a fan of prepackaged meal plans so I am not sure how successful she will be int he long term. We gotta learn to handle regular food and cooking on your own. Every one I have known that has went through one of those type of plans gained all their weight back plus just as soon as they stopped eating those prepared meals.
She is entertaining and at least they show her doing every day routine things and not just working out like life does not exist.
If I am gonna eat like a fat girl, then I gotta workout
like a skinny girl!
