if you don't like the milky protein drinks, try the isopure powders. the fruity ones can be mixed with water.  to add more flavor to it, you can mix in a crystal light or put the water & powder into the blender then add a strawberry.

to increase your eating, make yourself a schedule.  at 9am, drink 4 ounces....at 9:30 drink 4 ounces.....at 10:00 eat 1/2 a slice of cheese.....at 10:45 drink 4 ounces.....at 11:30 drink 4 ounces of protein shake.....etc

Sam took the words out of my mouth. Nectar makes fruity drinks that you can mix with water. I like the Carribbean Cooler and the Strawberry kiwi. You're close to me if you like we could always meet up and I give you some samples. They sell them at the Vitamin shoppe also and the good thing about them is that if you don't like it after you try it you can take it back and exchange for another kind. I like the Kiwi Strawberry in the blender with yogurt, frozen strawberries and sometimes I throw in a lil bannana or mango.

Also try some new foods that you might not have liked before or never tried. It's def time for you to experiment.

I so need to put myself on a schedule because I think that may be half the problem. I have tons of Nectar samples and today I finally tried one, Fuzzy Navel and I wasn't grossed out by the smell or taste. Thanks so much for offering up samples. That was very nice of you.  I went to the Dr. today and he approved me for more foods and I discussed with him my issues and he told me exactly what Big Sam said I need to put myself on a schedule and just do it without excuses. So that's what I'm going to do.

I also need to up my exercise. I walk and do a little water aerobics but that's it. Now that I have been approved for more foods I will try some new things and get on the ball with everything else.

I need to find a good gym or better yet a trainer. Do u have any suggestions?
