I didn't have a very productive last week. I didnt get in any exericise no excuse for all that. I will do better this week. The good news I didnt gain any weight. I made good choice with my meals. I am having alot of problem with bowel movement. But will have a very successful week

Last week I was on point with my water, vits., and went to the gym 3 times. Down 3 lb and will try to get in the gym five times this week. I have been doing way more in the gym than I used to and can already tell the difference.
I did do one thing that was terrible. I ate a meal and was full but afterwards I was soo thirsty that I had like 3 oz of water. Why did I do that, man I felt awful like I was gonna vomit and my tummy was doing flipflops. NEVER AGAIN!
Well I am down to 201...and I am happy with that...I have 21 lbs to go for the challenge... I am trying my best to get there and hopefully by Monday I will be Onderland...I will keep my fingers crossed.
