I've been following you and I'm glad its working out for you.
I'm not one for laxitives, but since the rny I've gone from daily dump to daily dump light so I always feel like I could use a good cleansing. (Where but here would I describe my bm's to total stranger? lol)
Just knowing what can accumulate inside makes me want to try it, but its way too soon for me.
