Just When I Thought We Were Enjoying the Week...

I am angry right along with you Donna!!  

Just the thought of someone trying to harm my son  just infuriates the heck out of me!!
And to think 90% of these crimes are brought on by our OWN people!!

Thankfully he is okay just the thought... Oh Lawd let me go....

But girl, one of my guys who pastors a church in the area Daniel was carjacked just happened to call me about an hour or so ago.  He sensed something wasn't right with me, asked me what was wrong...I told him about the carjacking...and the location...he says, "What!? Wait, near MY church?!?" (his church is literally a block away).  He was so shocked that this occurred in that area...however, I was not. 

Just a hot mess...indeed.

So sorry this has happened and am so grateful to God that he was not physically harmed  but I do understand how traumatized he must be.  Another sad commentary on what goes on in our communities all too often with senseless black on black crime.

..........  smh this kind of crap ****** me off and a lot of times these fools drive the car a few hours and then abandon it.  So it's not like they were really gonna HAVE a new car for free.  I just don't get it. 

I love it when I hear the stories (that you don't hear often enough) were the victim turns the table on the criminal and pops him. 

Anyway, the up side is he's still here to tell about it and I thank God for that!  I pray for our young black men all the time since I have a 25 year old myself.  I will add Daniel to the list.
