Mid-morning food suggestions? (TMI???)

I've been doing my protein shake at 7am w/water/ice/benefiber, sometimes throw a banana or yogurt in just for kicks.  Water on the way to work.  Maybe a cup of coffee when I get to work.

By 10:30 I've got such a horrible headache & feel like throwing up BIG TIME.  (NO I'm NOT pregnant...thank you JEsus!!!)    Lord help me if I have to cough or sneeze - nothin but dry heaves.  I have clients at my desk all day long and cannot keep running to the bathroom everytime I feel like barfing.

Can I get some suggestions for 'real food' for breakfast - do you think this is my problem

I've been really trying to do LOW carb HIGH protein but the low-fat cheese, cottage cheese, etc. is giving me bathroom-issues.   I've been staying away from oatmeal, cereal, etc. but I'm running out of "high protein" choices.

I'd appreciate any thoughts or suggestions from my BAF'ers......

Already went to Dr. there is nothing wrong w/me. He told me to eat more. I'm very conflicted - eating more was how I got to 316 in the first doggoned place!!!

Sometimes nausea can come from dehydration. Do you drink enough. Are you taking an acid reducer. That also gets in the way sometimes of eating. Well it does for DSers not sure if it's the same for you.  You might have to do a lil trial and error. Eat something else for breakfast or try eating more often.

Sounds like you are going no carb.  From what you say you are eating by that time in the day - you have no complex carbs to hold you.  Try a slice of whole wheat toast (Sara Lee has a Light and Delightful that's 45cal per slice) or Triscit crackers (3 or 4 should do)  something like that - light, quick but NO processed sugar or bullcrappy snack. 

I drink a protein shake EVERY morning like clockwork and have toast or a Fiber One pancake (got that tip from somebody on here last week) and that gets me to lunch.  Now - mid afternoon - ANOTHER STORY!!!  lol  then I do roll ups with deli turkey or chicken and provolone cheese w a couple of saltine crackers - gets me thru to dinner!

Do you REALLY think you could POSSIBLY eat enough to get back to 316 at this point?  Hmmmm - you can't starve yourself either - your body is tricky and will adjust you have to feed the RIGHT things in - you can't just not feed at all. 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
