HI BAF I MISS YALL

hi this is tieshia and i have not been on here in a while cause aint nothing really been going on with me. My insurance changed on me this month and i was suppose to have the surgery this month but now i have to wait til next month to get the ball back rolling again. It feels so good to get back on here and see that u all are doing the dang thing and the results are showing. I still walk everyday and eat right still loosing weight I went from 386 and i am 344 now all this since febuary. am single again after five years and just doing me. Who ever is reading this thank you for checking up on me and i like messages and friends so keep in touch

Hey there!  Don't lose sight of that goal....keep up those healthy lifestyle changes and insurance approval/surgery will be right around the corner.  Best wishes to you!

Keep your head up.  It will happen for you.  Maybe you will get the same date that i have in July.  July 15.  Keep me posted.

Im so glad to see youre doing good!  you lost ALOT of weight on your own GOOD FOR YOU! wish i could have done that since Feb!  Keep it up and soon you'll be having your surgery! yay!
