wow, i feel bad...i ain't been doing much of nothing here lately.  my body is in a slump because of it...smh  today i will walk my 3 miles at lunch.  after baby girl's dance class, i will either hit the treadmill or we will ride bikes.

What's the new routine? I need to get my strength training tigether. I've been focusing on cardio so much and I've slacked off. You can def see it in my thighs and arms. But I know it's never to late to try to make an improvement!

You need to come to the bootcamp with me one Sunday. This Sunday we will allow the men to have a day of rest and grill for them. I will be in Maryland all weekend hanging with the family. If it rains, Haines Point will be off of my agenda.

I'm  on the move occasionally. Next weekend I will be in Hampton at a family gathering and may hangout at Hampton's Jazz Fest. I don't like the lineup but it is good to go and watch our peeps.
