It's pouring down raining here but hopefully it'll stop before 7P. My running group has a fun 5K timed course every 1st and 3rd Thursday during the summer. Last time it was cancelled cause of rain so I hope this one is still on. If it's cancelled I'll prob go to the gym and hit up a spin class.

I still regularly ride the protein train, just don't post about it. Figured folks get tired of seeing my face starting a thread ONLY about the Protein Train. LOL

Today is an off day, so I ran intervals; walk to one song, jog to the next for a total of 42 minutes.
Spin class sounds like a tough workout! Hope the rain holds back so you can enjoy the outside run.

I loove spin class. Talk about sweaty!!!!! But I leave outta there on such a high, love it. You should try it one day

Before I started the program the only time you would have caught me running somewhere was if some little kid thought they was gonna beat me to the last slice of pizza or cheesecake at the all you can eat buffet!
Now I am up faithfully at 4:30am and on the treadmill by 4:50am!
I will say that first week, I thought I would go into cardiac arrest trying to jog for 60 seconds!
Now I am rolling with 28 minutes straight! Down 22 lbs since week 1.
I get pretty sweaty running so need more motivation to try the spinning. Who knows? You post like Lee did and I may try it. Her posts got me to try the 5k.
