6 month reflection
I am so happy I had wls and it definitely was challenging mentally. The food demons bother me constantly. I have to put in the work to see the results and that does not bother me. I had my six month visit today. According to the surgeons scale I am down a total of 97lbs since consult and 85lbs since surgery. They would like to see me down a few more pounds but they understand everyone is different. What I would change about my journey I would of listen better and actually followed the directions I was given about not testing the waters. Now I know just how far I can take it with food. I have made some mistakes but over all I am very proud of myself. According to my scale I am down a total of 101lbs since consult and 89lbs since surgery. Pictures I took Sunday are below and I am definitely working my new curves. Thanks for the support.
