I would not mind the joke if it was about Obama, but this is a racist joke is based on anyone Black.  I agree with Mack Mama about this being one that they let out.  I was in a bathroom stall years ago.  2 older white men came in and on asked the other:

"What do you call a Black Nuclear Engineer with a MBA in Alabama?"
"What?"
"A Niqqer"

I don't know what I was expecting the answer to be but I busted out lauging.  You should have seen those 2 guys faces when this big black man came out of the stall.  They didn't know whether to apologize or run.

P.S. I think its time that we start calling these people with racial issues with Obama, Conservatists not Republicans.  I believed this last election showed that most Republicans do not hold a persons race against them.

Oh yeah...I find it funny when white people are around us and in a situation and one will say," let's just ( Johnny-Rig ) something and get it fix tomorrow."  If you ever notice they will then make eye contact, with each other, and smirk; like we don't know what they really mean.
