5 years and still dumping

I'll hold tight at 150 if and when I get back there.

It's amazing to me that it's been a 5 year struggle.  I guess I betta get ready to struggle some more.

Congrats on the 5 years, I'm not that far but when I've gotten hold to the wrong food, 3 plain cookies and a sip of tea. In a coma I go and the HB think I sleeping. Tell him when Im sleeping that good I'm in a sugar.carb, coma.

Down, up, don't matter you still look good and doing your thing! But they aint lied calling this a journey lol. Still working on goal but boy has this been an expierience already! We all have to get together again soon!

At 7 years I still dump also.  My stomach still has a mind of its own.  When its hungry, when its full, when it doesn't like anything.  I am fighting with it now to get focused.

I'm tring to get back in the game myself - whew it's hard.
My stomach does just what it wants to do.
Some days as soon as I eat it's on the way back out and I'm hungry again.
Some days it growls and gurgles all day.
Some day I just can't handle anything and some days I can eat like old times.

It's CRAZY!!
