5 years and still dumping

So as I sat in the movie theater with my kids yesterday having one of the worst dumps I’ve had in the last year it dawned on me that my pouch is now 5 years old. Something about the combination of movie hot dog and popcorn with way too much butter and a few sips of regular coke just took me over the top. I mean the sweats, the rumbling stomach, the trip to the bathroom and the following blow out to come back to my seat and sleep through the entire movie OMG!! Five years already and this thing still works even when I don’t. 

It’s been a fantastic journey. One I would trade nothing for. I reached goal and below and headed back up. Now I’m heading back down again – oh what a roller coaster. The truth is this is a life long journey, a ride you can never get off you just have to learn how to control it.   I’ve not been active here – mostly because I hate hypocrites and refuse to say “Do what I say and not what I do" I can’t tell you how to do the right thing and stay vigilant if I can not. Everyone will have to learn how to use their tool to the best of their ability and work their life so that their health remains a top priority. Exercise, eat healthy, take supplements, see your doctor, stay involved with some kind of support structure. All those things are so very important.   Thanks to all the friends I have made over the past 5 years. You are all wonderful! The ones I have met and those I’ve just chatted with here – your support and friendship is so very valuable. To all the newbies I have yet to meet – I wish you the very best and hope our path cross.   Peace and Blessings Always

Scince we telling....had some pizza yesterday with white dough instead of wheat  dough ...put me in a coma....I slept all day behind that one slice of pizza....mad at myself cause I slept my day away

Sharon...I'm almost 6 years out - and just started that dumping crap - on CHICKEN! One food, in particular, that I absolutely CANNOT eat on ANY day - guacamole...makes me sick as a dawg.

But chicken, if I don't cook it crispy on the outside (not fried, but boneless/skinless cooked in olive oil)...will send me to the bathroom...very quickly!
