What's your favorite scripture?

I have soooo many and not all come from the Bible. But one of My favorite scriptures in the Bible is John 14:1 and 27:

*Let not Your Heart be troubled; You Believe in GOD, Believe also in ME. In My FATHER'S House there are many Mansions, if it were not so, I would have told you so. I go to prepare a place for You...

*Peace I leave with you, my peace I give to you: not as the world gives, give I to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.


My Grandmother often spoke these Scriptures and they seem to have given her great comfort. As I have matured, I too find great comfort in them.

"Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours."  Mark 11:24

"And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry." Habakkuk 2:2-3

These scriptures helped me claim victory in advance against obesity, infertility and MS!

Isaiah 40:31

          But those who wait on the LORD
      Shall renew their strength;
      They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
      They shall run and not be weary,
      They shall walk and not faint.

This scriptures always reminds me to just stand still and God will take care of everything.

Phil. 4:13

"I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength."  I think that is the NSV.
