I am doing well I actually can fit in 18's now.  I could and will do better with my eating it is not where I know it should be.  I am definitely getting it as far as inches go  because of the exercise.  I see what my surgeon thinks this Wednesday.  Let's get it honeymooners!

This past week was awesome.  I was on point with everything vitamins, protein, water and exercise.  I hit the gym 4 x last week.  3x with the couch 2 5k running program and a boot camp class.  I am proud to say that I have officially broken the stall and I am down 4lbs. this week. 

This week I will try my best to keep it up.

I did okay this weekend and as usualy not enough exercise which is partially not my fault but it is on my list to make better...I am 6 months today out and down 92 lbs...When did we start the challenge (Need to determine how much lost since starting)...The next 4-5 weeks will be a trying time...I am with my g-mom until my house is finished and it is more difficult...I am staying on track but can do better...I have 22 lbs to lose in the next 12 weeks and even at 2 lbs per week I can do that...And 52 lbs to lose overall. One Day At A Time.

I had a wonderful week, I had my 3 month check and my doctor was very please down 75 pound since surgery. I did lose 5 pound last week. I got all of my water, vitiams and exercise in. Well increase my work out this week. I would like to be hit my next mini goal 100 pound gone by labor day.

1st mini goal 250 done 04/24/09
2nd mini goal under 200 done 09/11/2009

I had a pretty good week last week. I ate like I had some sense, basically went back to basics and my weight is coming off again. The only exercise I have been getting has been walking but I did go play tennis today for an hour. This week I plan to do more of the same and get back in the gym.

Honeymoon Challenge - Goal is to lose 60 lbs by Labor Day.

I had a horrible week and that includes today--- the snack demon has crept in. Tomorrow is a new day and I plan on staying focused on the things that matter.

I am still trying to get it and  I am down  102 pounds today for my 6 month mark.    Still exercising and trying to make sure that I follow all the rules.  This week was good, 3 pounds down this past week but they put me over the 100 pound mark, so I certainly won't complain.  I am looking forward to my doctor's appointment on the 17th. 
My goal 135; current 132;  pre-op highest 285; I have lost more than I weigh...  I my RNY! 
Full TT w/ muscle repair  2/14/12 best valentines gift ever!

Bad week last week.  Way too much Laker celebrating.  I'm back on the grind today.  I lost another dress size and that feels really good.
