yes sugar alchols can be tricky....I like protien bars but the sugar alchols in them kill me....the only way I can eat them is if divide the bar up in bite size pieces and eat them through out the day . 
. I was thinking that dumping was like a tummy ache and nausea. But hey, can't argue with an afternoon nap. I could use one of those rite nie.
