Will do.

I bought so much stuff . . . I guess I thought my tool wasn't going to be on the job, but she is alive and well.  Tonight will be the real test.  I eat more at night than I do during the day, but I'm ready .

A slice of toast and a protein shake.  I am trying to get back on track so I will be trying different things so not to get board.  But making sure the carbs are down the protein up.

GOOD MORNING!

THis morning I had 2 strips of turkey bacon and 1 scrambled egg and cheese with a lil bit of salsa.  I don't normally eat that in the mornings.  I normally have a carnation instant breakfast with a scoop of protein powder.

Good morning BAF!!!

I had a 'frappuccino' which I have every morning.  Started this when I had Click coffee protein, but it ran out (and costs too much), so I modified.

I make it in the blender (soy milk, instant coffee, protein powder, benefiber, splenda, sf choc syrup & ice). Hubby loves them too; it's now how we have our coffee every morning.  A big change from being Coffeemate-loving, coffee drinkers!

Totally yummy, pouch-friendly, and keeps the nibble-monster at bay.   I fairly recently discovered that if I have this for breakfast, I'm not hungry till lunch and am in better control all day.

Hey there!  I had my protein shake and two slices of toast - that's generally what I eat every morning - sometimes I do oatmeal instead of the toast if I am hungry and want more to eat.

but the shake is an ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
