I did tried the quick fixed and ended up sick.  Please don't take that route.  But you can nip it in the butt with out those things.  Best wishes.

Hey girl you know I'm here if you need me. Keep up what we've always said and don't let the devil get you. Take it from someone who started at 330lb and now at 168lbs with the help of my 2 sistas support, encouragement and sometime a swift kick in the a$$ has changed her life comepletely this is a minor set back. Like you say bent but never broken.
