It's sounds to me like you are all over the map. You have freaked out (which is a good thing - you know you need to put the brakes on) and you have decided to do some drastic things and shock your system.
It's a good start to get your mind back 'in the game' - but if you continue with the drastic and quick hits - you will end up worse off for the wear. What do I mean? The fluid pills and the liquid diet. These are good 'kick offs' for someone who is desperate to change habits and kickstart a program - but now you're looking to diet pills too. That's not a good thing.
Remember how you got down to 130 - wasn't it following rules, your program and being consistent and steady? Did you put those 30lbs on overnight? They're not going to come off and, more importantly, stay off unless you do a serious overhaul of your habits and program and get to something you can stick to - no use in losing the 30 quick then acting a fool again and gaining 40 - we all know what fad diet regain is like.
*I* encourage you to get back to your WLS basics. Monitor your water, protein and vitamin intake and exercise REGULARLY - you just started back according to you a few days ago - you're looking at MONTHS of work to get that 30 off in a way that won't have you back here later upset at yourself again. So - rededicate yourself to GOOD habits, TIGHT control of your eating and SERIOUS exercise - that 30 will be gone in no time - your tool is there and working - you just gotta work YOU!

MM is right. I to gained weight, Yes I know it's hard to believe that such a hot chick as myself could have slipped up and turned into a lardo but yes I did damit and i'm ashamed of myself for it.
But I started running and I got some of the weight off and i'm still working on getting the rest off. It is taking me forever to lose this weight and I tell you once I do I will watch myself closely to make sure I don't gain it back in such a huge amount.
Diet pills, water pills, etc.... is not the way to go do what MM#1 said and get back to basics.
who should be so lucky to be a FAILURE at a size 6???? Weren't you technically the failure at size 22/24? Not that you shouldn't realize you are slipping - but let's get some perspective - you will STILL BE SHOT ON SIGHT FOR ENTERING ASHLEY STEWART OR LANE BRYANT!!!!!!!
