Morning Yall
I completed the 8K Running Program and I am offically ending my 20 Week Big Trip Program Today also. (3 days early). I decided to end it a few days early because it's time.
I started this thing determined to teach myself how to become a runner and damit if I didn't do it. I can run my ass off now for a hour or more straight. I guess that would make me a runner but I will now hang up my running shoes. I ran a 9:13 minute mile this morning how crazy is that. Amazing......
I started this journey with what I called my bathroom jeans. I worked so hard to get into those jeans and I made it too. Then I switched to a much smaller pair of bathroom jeans and those I am sad to say I didn't make it into but they really weren't the goal so I still consider myself successful.
When I get home from my trip I will once again focus on those bathroom jeans and I will get into them. But for now I have to be happy with what I was able to accomplish.
