I am glad I have internet access again

I missed you all.  I am so glad to have access again.  I am so out of focus.  I am now weighing 190 and in need of some support.  This 6th year has ambushed me completely.  I don't even know where to start to get back on track.  It seems when you get this far out returning to the basics seems so far fetched.  Help help help
