What is the best things about your new life?

The best things about my new life is:

Being able to eat in normal portions with out feeling deprived

Fiting in a car and not feeling ashamed.

Walking thirty minutes or more and still having energy

Feeling as good as I look.

Actually caring about what I put in my mouth

Shopping as a reward for accomplishing my many goals

Being able to sleep at night with out pain

Just to name a few

Feeling good about myself- I am definetly a Diva

No longer taking high blood pressure meds

Being able to cross my legs

Attracting more men

Being able to attend a concert on the lawn and was able to sit up for a long period of time
and able to get up easily off the ground.

For me:

Being able to lose and keep it off - I no longer feel like a failure because of lack of self control

Being able to help others with their journey through sharing mine - I mentor and teach a lot of other things - but having someone tell me that my advice helped them lose 5 or whatever pounds is the BEST!!!!

Having my daughter wrap her arms ALL the way around me and hug me and not let go - that lil girl is my world - I was ashamed when she would tell me the jokes kids would make about me to her - she bravely stood up for me, but it wasn't her fight to be fought - I'm glad I did this for her too.

Oh yea - and being SEXY THAN A MOFO and doin shiot in the bedroom that would sell ***** DVDs like a short stack at IHOP!!!!!!   (you just KNEW somethin freaky would be in there, didn't you????)

I know that is right I am happy I am getting myself together for my little ones also.  I want to be around to see them have children when they are old. LOL!  Wanting to be freaky with my husband is also a big plus for wls

What is the best things about my new life,

Is that I'm more activated with my children
Being able to walk 4 miles without feeling like I dead.
Feeling good about myself and love the way I look in my clothes
No more diabetes med.
I would go on and on.

Looking for my wedding dress and no that I can wear a strapless and good as Hell.

Congrats and I know you will work that dress!

Some people think I am the kids sister

body feels better


better clothing choices

more energy

people notice me more

painting my toes nails with out a hassel

being able to keep the weight off

not wear out my favorite jeans in the middle

not sweating like a pig in the summer

never getting tired of people calling me skinny

I actually like healhier foods now

I love your list and can not wait to see some of those things on my list.

I am finally not the biggest person in my congregation, that was including the males.   It so good to get in the car group for the field ministry and not always have to sit in the front to make room for  three people to sit in the back.  However on really hot days I miss sitting in the front seat.

Are we ever satisfied? 

BEST THINGS

- Cross my legs for a long time and look so sexy and mature

- No double chin

- sharing my story. I tell other overweight people. But I havent told people on my job.
