I was thinking about that Pokerchips, I got some bl messages asking me not to stop posting, but the only reason I am stopping is not just because my running will end but because I will not be able to post as much as I do when i'm at home and i'm not taking my mini laptop with me to Africa.
I will post whenever I can find a internet cafe but when I get home and start my new program whatever it may be, I will post as usual.

I can't wait to feel that sense of accomplishment after I complete the couch to 5k. It won't be for a while though because I've had to start this damn thing from week 1 about 3 times; but it looks like I'm finally going to complete a week. 2 down 1 to go
I'm frightened about week 2 because it adds an extra 30sec. of running and I'm already dying for the 60sec to be up. lmao
But I'll try, besides I'm tired of listening to the week 1 music.

hello!
i'm back after a 4 week abscence. my gramps got sick and died so i haven't done anything in the last 4 week but sit at hospital then hospice then attend funeral.
but, i'm back now and am back home in dallas and have decided 2 double up my workouts and my runnig. so, i am training 4 days a week and i will be starting a 23 marathon program july 9th.
i enjoy your posts, too. i'm gonna have 2 go back and read them because when i left town, i think u were just in the beginning of the 10k program.
u r very inspiring. u have a lot of followers who get their motivation from u. i'm sure u know that though!
so, just wanted 2 say thanks and that it was great getting on here 2 day and seeing your post.

I'm really sorry to hear about your grandpa. I'm glad you took time to spend time with him during his final days.
Yep I finish the 8K program on Friday. I will be starting a new program or something when I get home from Egypt. When I do I will post like I did before with all my other workout programs. I don't have a clue what it will be yet.
I am happy you are going to start running again, I know you will do really well and complete the program. It has been really long and hard thee past 2 weeks for me with the running and dealing with bordem.
