Well I am 5 weeks post-op now. Lost 32 lbs. So about 6-7 lbs a week.

But don't be fooled. I got bittersweet luck around week 3 and caught the flu so the dreaded curse of the 3 week stall got bumped clear outta my way due to inability to eat much (and I wasn't eating much to start). Now I am worried bout a stall sneaking up on me and shanking me. BBBBut thats why I try to only weigh myself weekly or every two weeks. Its an effort not to notice the stall when and if it comes.

I WAS about 5 or more per wee****il about the 4th week or so.  At about week 5 or 6 I started stalling and going back and forth for about two weeks.  Then dropped 4 lbs and stalling now again.

I'd say if your loosing about 5 lbs per week at this point, you are doing really well.

I'm 12-weeks out and do not know how much I've lost because I cannot afford to play the mind game with myself when my weight stalls or fluctuates.

I had the surgery for weight loss, so I am going to let it do its job....I tell the Dr. not to tell me what I've lost nor what I weigh. I know I'm losing weight without a doubt.

I agree with Mack, it's hard  trying to figure out how to get all of that protein and other stuff in and how to not be tempted by doritoes! So that's my focus for right now.
