HELP!!! Im STALLing and I can't get up!!!

Ok ok ok..any suggestions? I've hit a 3 week stall (dammit!) where I have only lost about 5-6 pounds...I am getting aggravated. Any suggestions? Im getting the water intake and working out.  My doctor suggested upping the protein cuz I probably wasnt getting enough..he has me on EAS Advantage shakes.

If you can give any suggestions (other than calm down, everyone goes thru this yadda yadda yadda..i know all that) that I can process, PLEASE help a sista out!!

don't know if there's one clear cut answer - this is what worked for my stalls.
yes more protein, but not randomly, eat protein first and eat it more often (every 2 hours).  actually wls or not the idea is to keep your metabolism working all day long (small meals all day) rather than spiking hi and low (larger meals spaced further out).  if you don't feel like eating, drink wunna those shakes or have soup with protein powder mixed in or bring a container of deli ham to work and boil a couple eggs, chase it with a glass of milk (8g of protein per 8 oz serving).  move for 10 minutes longer than you did yesterday.   i had meat, meat and more meat.   when i say hillshire..............
