How much work did you think this journey would be?
I thought it would be a lot easier than it is. I never thought I would stop losing after 6 months. I never thought that I would go through a revision only to have the surgeon tell me that he thinks that I'm part of the small percentage that the surgery just doesn't work well for.
I never thought that I would have surgery, be eating 8-900 calories a day, working out an hour and a half to two hours a day and still unable to lose weight.
I thought that mentally I was ready as well. I don't know if all the counseling in the world would have prepared me for the mental roller coaster I've been on.
Would I do it again? In a heart beat!!! 235 feels better than 395 any day of the week.
