Honeymooners Posse how was your week?
Hi All...I did good this week as far as earing and drinking but I am up 1.5 lbs...The same thing happened about 2 weeks ago and I got down...I am @ 206 but not sweating it because I know I am doing my best...I am going to work extra hard this week so that next Monday I am down to at least 203-204...I am so close to Onderland that I can taste it...My goal is to be 194 (100 lbs gone) by the time I leave for Miami on July 11th...I have 12 lbs to go in 4.5 weeks.

I did good this past week I think. I lost 4 pounds and finally broke the 100 pounds lost barrier. I am at 185 and know now that I need to switch up my routine a little more because my classes are stating to get way too easy for me and I am shocked to be able to say that. I am also finding that I, dare I say it, am starting to like running. A great sports bra did wonders for my thoughts and feelings towards running. I ran/walked 6 miles today and my eating/water/vitamins is on point. I am trying to get it and step it up even more! C'mon y'all let's get it!
