How was your week?  What worked, what didn't and what's your plan for this week?

8 weeks down, 13 to go...If you haven't been maximizing your time, it's not too late!

I started Wii Active last week. Using that as well as jacking up my protein. I'm down three pounds.

I'm looking forward to this week Challenge!

Greetings from a rainy "Detroit"  

I'm down 3 more pounds when I weighed in this morning!!!

I increased my water intake last week and this weekend I tried ready-made shakes. It seems like I do well Mon-Fri and on the weekend I fall off. So, I've incorporated ready-made shakes for the weekends and it worked perfectly since I'm always on the go!

I plan to work out 5 days this week and get all of my protein in. I will make my plan and EXECUTE!

Well I did wonderful last week, increase protien and water intake. I lost 4 pound.  I had to increase my walking and gym time this week.

Last week was a wonderful week for me in so many ways but unfortunately not my best as far as this challenge. I had a couple of interviews and a job offer is on the table, I was also accepted into the nursing program at my school. I didn't get to work out because of all the running around but I did walk on a consistent basis. I am also realizing that my eating is and probably always will be a daily struggle to make the right decisions. I am still committed to this challenge and I will make this week a better one.

I had a good week but don't ask me how.  I'm still walking around the pond at work everyday and I guess that is paying off

I weighed this morning and I'm now @ 260...so I lost 5lbs last week.  This week I'll try to do everything I did last week and prayfully I can take off another 5.

Let's make it a gr8 week every1!!

I have realized that I am a saint M-F and a sweets/carb ***** on the weekend! But the scale did say 185, so I have dropped 6 lbs and my stall is broken!!!! I will do better during my saint hood this week and hopefully keep it going.

Not a good week for me.  It is all my own fault !

Partying and drinking.

Partying is okay.     Too much drinking.  Does not work !!

I am up  2 pounds.

My plan for the week is to get back on track with protein, water and exercise !

Last week was not very good I did my couch 2 5k on Monday and kickboxing on Thursday which put a hurting on my back, had to go get some muscle relaxers. 

My vits and protein intake was great but I switched up my eating toward the end of the week and I'm sooooo happy to say that I'm down 1lb which is great because I was stalled for about 3 weeks and it was about to send me to the loony bin.

This week I will do my couch 2 5k Mon., wed., Fri., and boot camp Tues., kickboxing Thur.  I have to give it all I've got to make sure that I've broken this stall.  My birthday is this month and I had challenged myself to be down to 225 by then.  I have 13lbs to go in 16 days.  I'm not going to kill myself to get there but I'm going to work as hard as I can to get as close as possible. 

My next challenge is to get down to 213 by July 26, 6 months out 100lb.  That's 25lbs.

NOT A GOOD WK AS I HAVE BEEN RUNNING AROUND AND STRESSED WITH PLACING MY HUBBY IN A CARE FACILITY FOR REHABITATION AND STILL HAVING STOMACH ACHES EVEN AFTER THE HERNIA REPAIR....BUT AFTER THIS IS SETTLED I WILL BE ON THE GRIND!!!
