Morning Yall
Thank You lord, I am on the last week of the 8K program.
I actually ran like I liked it this morning. I don't have a lot to say about it, except that my mind was all over the place.
I will fini**** up on Friday and then I will do videos until I leave at which time I will run again cause it is just easier.
For all those of you runners out there keep running and complete your programs, it feels really great to fini****
