What's your Plan????

Good morning!!

It's Saturday...the last weekend for soccer for the kids.... 

Of coarse I'm up early was awaken with the sound of cartoons blasting lol...But it's all good!!!

Anyway.. Here's my plan.

B- turkey cheese roll up and protein yogurt.

20 min of cardio...yes that works for me!!!

L- chicken salad

D-sloppy joe with 92% lean ground beef w/o the bun. maybe a salad...

Hopefully it warms up here and stops raining SO I can get out and walk.....what's your plan???

Hello BAF,
Since I'm at work today for a half day plans are limited. Still sleepy, but I will be hitting the gym downstairs when I get done.  My eating today is a little off:

EM - EAS Protein Shake & Decaf Coffee
B -    2 Sm Hotcakes from McDonald's topped w/ Fresh sliced strawberries &
         whip cream & Sausage Pattie ( my pouch is not sure what it wants to do)
L -    Chef Salad w/ LF dressing
D -    I haven't got a clue, probably some Fish

Had Mickey D's but they are not the best...next time I'll try making them from scratch.

Hi Can-Can!

I'll admit, today I have no plan.  I am enjoying carbs and plan to have empty calories of liquor at the wedding I'll be going to later.  Who knows what I'll be eating but wedding cake will definately be a yes.

I'm ok with going all out today since I'll be starting a 10 day Plateau Buster diet tomorrow, I've already gone shopping and have my workout plan in place.  My 2 year surgiversary is in September and I plan to be down 100 lbs come hell or high water!

B - curry chicken
S - protein bar
L - fish, or scallops or shimp and veg
S - protein shake
D - protein in some form with a salad
S - sf popsicle

Of course all vits, 100 oz liquids, exercise...

I can't even lie, I have no plan for the day.
I drank my protein shake and took one calcium and one multi.  I don't know what's for breakfast.
