Coffee w/ protein
Strawberries
Lunch - Spinach salad w/ grilled chicken
Dinner - same

Jumped rope 20 minutes; Core and hoola hoop this evening.  It's raining so no lunchtime walk today.

Walk thirty minutes got take it easy tore some ligaments, all vitamins and 64oz of water.

Hi All,

Todays menu is:

Cofee, protein bar
Ground beef and sausage with onions and tomato
Protein shake
Curry chicken and vegetable
Undecided, perhaps pork with cabbage?

And of course, water, all vits, exercise.
